The House has just passed a continuing resolution that defunds Obamacare.  This heading relates to the comment Chris Matthews had on Luck.  The Senate Democrats will stand their ground, or at least pass a different bill.  The House CR will not pass the Senate, and if by some chance many people are wrong, the President will veto it.  Even if I am wrong, Chris Matthews' tack is still in play. Not the luck but the uniter and igniter of voters.
